1 lap of 1,9km

It´s 800m straight out, and then 1100m back. On the way out and back, the buoys should be at your left shoulder. We have kayaks, SUP boards and boats with lifeguards who follow your swimming behaviour. You’ll feel safe in the water with us. Expected water temp from 18-20C.

2 laps of 45 km

The bike course is 45km x two laps. It is a rolling course.
