Leading global triathlon series, Challenge Family, have announced the launch of exclusive student rates offering 25% off for the Middle Distance Race, designed to make the sport more accessible for young adults aged 17 to 23.
The new student discount programme aims to lower barriers to entry for young people interested in triathlon, supporting the next generation of athletes in discovering their passion for endurance sports. With this initiative, Challenge Family continues its mission to make triathlon participation more inclusive and globally accessible.

The 25% student discount applies to Challenge Sandefjord and races around the world, for individual entries over the middle and long distance. To qualify for student discount in Sandefjord, you need to be between 17 and 23 years old on race day (June 28th) and provide proof of student status during registration.

Challenge Family recognises that younger athletes often face financial challenges when participating in endurance events which, given their length and complexity, tend to have a higher entry fee. This initiative provides a tangible way to make long course triathlon more attainable, whether for seasoned young competitors or newcomers eager to take on their first race.

How to Access the Student Rate
Eligible athletes can claim the 25% discount directly when registering through the individual race websites. Student rates do not apply to The Championship nor DATEV Challenge Roth.
